We take great care in delivering your products to you through reputed courier service providers like Blue dart, Delhivery, Amazon Shipping etc. All the products are shipped from our Cappella Sports warehouse in Chennai.

If you believe that the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on +91 78240 02226. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

• We deliver the products across all locations in India.
• Cappella Sports doesn't ship items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.

Shipping Time:

• We make every effort to dispatch your order the day it is placed. In case your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you to inform the same.
• Once the order is shipped it normally takes 2-4 working days for delivery in major metro cities. However, for other locations, the delivery may take a few extra days due to mysterious weather. For certain remote geographies, the time for delivery will be within 10 -12 days.
• Please expect delays caused by unexpected weather conditions, any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order by reaching out to us at ecommerce@cappellasports.com or by using our live chat on the website, this can only be done before the order has been shipped. If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you.
